The 23-year-old has been making waves, despite often playing second fiddle to Jamie George for both Saracens and the national team.

Dan, who earned a bronze medal at the Rugby World Cup last year, has been a standout performer, with 38 appearances and ten tries for club and country last season. He made his senior debut in November 2021, coming on against Harlequins in the Premiership Rugby Cup.

Having previously been on loan at Bishop’s Stortford and Ampthill, Dan’s performances have caught the attention of many, including Bath’s director of rugby, Johann van Graan.

The young hooker, who comes from Romanian heritage, is seen as a rising star, ready to step out of George’s shadow.

While Dan is known for his strong work in the scrum and lineout, it’s his dynamic carrying and all-around game that have really turned heads.

Bath fans will be eager to see if the club can secure his signature as they continue to build for the future.
