Dubbed “The Enforcer,” All Blacks prop Richard Loe cultivated a fearsome reputation on the field. In a particularly infamous incident during the 1992 national championship final, Loe was found guilty of forcefully inserting his fingers into the eyes of Otago full-back Greg Cooper.
