A product of the Ospreys academy, Morris was involved with the club until U16s level, when he made attended Hartpury College and joined up with Gloucester Rugby’s academy. Returning to Wales shortly after, Morris re-joined the Ospreys, and made his first team debut in 2018 against Connacht.

Morris is yet to achieve a full Wales debut, but the 24-year-old has achieved international representation. The dynamic back-rower was a key part of the Wales U20s squad, for the 2017 and 2018 Under 20s Six Nations.

Now Morris has re-committed for the upcoming season, he can build towards breaking into Warren Gatland’s Wales squad, and may even book himself a last-minute spot on the plane over to France for the 2023 Rugby World Cup,
