James Haskell’s new training partner is stunning blonde former Olympian

Former England flanker James Haskell has embarked on a transformative fitness journey under the guidance of triple Olympian Sarah Lindsey.

The ex-rugby star has been working with Lindsey, a renowned trainer with a stellar track record, in recent weeks.

Olympian Expertise at the Helm

Sarah Lindsey, a former speed skater who represented Team GB at three Olympic Games, has made her mark in the fitness world by training celebrities such as Piers Morgan and Rita Ora. Her global brand, ROAR Fitness, has gained recognition for achieving dramatic physical transformations in just 12 weeks.

A Vision for Elite Fitness

Lindsey reflected on her career shift after retiring from athletics in 2010. “I noticed a gap in the market,” she said. “Gyms weren’t offering the high standards or tailored services I had experienced as an athlete.” This observation led her to create a gym experience combining world-class trainers, nutritionists, and therapists to deliver personalised, cutting-edge training.

Building the ROAR Empire

In April 2016, Lindsey and her husband, Rich Phillips, opened the first ROAR Fitness gym in Liverpool Street, London. Since then, they have expanded, opening additional locations in Bank and Kensington High Street. Earlier this year, they took the brand global with the launch of ROAR Dubai, continuing to build their fitness empire.

Lions contender Porter is poised to make a sizeable impact for Ireland moving forward.

The 28-year-old Leinster loosehead, who has won 64 caps, is a huge carrier, massive in the scrum and is renowned for his freakish ability in the gym.

According to Jonny Waterson in The Irish Times: “Noted for his strength, Porter, if the figure doing the rounds is accurate, can squat 350kg (772lb) or, if you like, three Cian Healys. Quite an effective mass of cleaning-out power.”
