The seasoned scrum-half has been brought in as injury cover for the next three months, with Gareth Simpson sidelined for the early part of the 2024/25 season.

The 30-year-old brings a wealth of experience, having previously played for Bristol, Gloucester, Benetton, and most recently, Northampton Saints.

With 15 caps for Italy, including appearances in the 2019 Rugby World Cup in Japan, Braley is set to make a significant impact in a Saracens shirt.

Director of Rugby Mark McCall expressed his satisfaction with the signing.

“Callum is a highly experienced player who we believe will be a valuable addition to our squad. We’re already impressed with how quickly he has integrated and look forward to seeing him in action.”
