The preparations continue for the Red Roses, ahead of two incoming September Test matches against France and New Zealand. England head coach John Mitchell has updated his pre-season training squad today, with two new arrivals joining the 40-player group this morning.
The two call-ups into the Red Roses camp sees Loughborough Lightning lock Lilli Ives Campion and Trailfinders Women scrum half Brooke Bradley join the fray. Both players are uncapped at international level, and could well be on their way to break into the Red Roses match day squads ahead of the fixtures against France and New Zealand.
England take on Les Bleus on Saturday 7th September, with Gloucester’s Kingsholm Stadium providing the backdrop for the bitter Six Nations rivals. The Red Roses then turn their attention to the Black Ferns, with a highly anticipated match taking centre stage at Allianz Stadium in Twickenham on Saturday September 14th.
